David has worked within the property world since 1999, originally working for a subsidiary of Nationwide building society before establishing ProBrook Properties at the beginning of 2011. Whilst working for Nationwide, David had responsibility for managing a large portfolio of residential properties within Glasgow, Edinburgh and Aberdeen.
David plays a very active role in the day-to-day running of the business and his eye for detail, informative and conscientious approach ensures all of ProBrook’s clients are offered an exceptionally high level of customer service at all times.

Emma began working within property when she joined ProBrook in April 2014. Prior to this, she gained a vast depth of knowledge working within the utility and banking industry before leaving to complete her honours degree.
Emma has always had a keen interest in property and started out with the business as a Lettings Co-ordinator, quickly working her way up to her current position of Lettings and Sales team manager where she oversees the day to day running of the team and operations.
Emma has an excellent knowledge of the lettings process and all this entails as she has completed several qualifications and undertaken continued professional development training within her time at ProBrook Properties.

Before working for the business, Rheagan worked as a finance administration assistant where she gained an excellent level of experience in customer service and problem solving.
Having joined ProBrook Properties at the start of 2019, Rheagan has benefitted from working with the team and has gained extensive knowledge within the property industry. As of March 2021, Rheagan will be assisting the team in providing additional support carrying out appointments including viewings, tenant check ins/check outs.

Prior to working at ProBrook, Caitlin studied and gained a HND in sports therapy. Whilst undertaking her studies, she developed excellent customer service experience in a customer facing role working within a hotel.
Caitlin has also gained experience working within the banking sector prior to joining the business, where she was keen to develop her strong interest in property. Originally joining the team within an administration role, Caitlin quickly developed experience to be able to fulfil and perform a field-based position for ProBrook Properties.

Sarah has been working in the property industry since 2017. Prior to this, she worked in the hospitality industry and takes pride in her customer service skills.
Sarah joined our team in June 2024, bringing with her a wealth of information. She is keen to learn through continuous on-the-job qualifications and is ARLA and CIH qualified.
Sarah has a strong interest in property and enjoys assisting tenants and landlords with any maintenance issues they may be facing.

Prior to working at ProBrook, Rachel studied and gained a degree in Social Work at University. Whilst completing her studies, she worked in retail developing strong customer service and organizational skills.
Since joining Probrook in 2023 as a Property Management Assistant, Rachel has gained valuable experience and contributes to the efficient management of properties. Her experience in social work and previous employment positions her to offer exceptional service and support to landlords and tenants.
